Job Description:

Acts as crew to the RHIB boat captain. Provides narration on the RHIB ride to and from Glacier Point. Gives a safety speech and ensures guest compliance. Assists the Captain in boat maneuvers and in the care of the boat.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensures guests experience the “E.X.C.U.R.S.I.O.N. of a lifetime”
  • Monitors the safety of our guests at all times
  • Maintains the cleanliness of the boat
  • Assists guests getting into and out of all modes of transport
  • Presents guests with quality, accurate information during the tour
  • Presents guests with safety information
  • Assists the Captain in docking and fueling the boat
  • Greeting the guests on the pier and escorting them to/from the boat
  • Watches for wildlife throughout the tour and assists guests with picture taking

Requirements:

  • Certified or able to get certified in First Aid/CPR
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Legally eligible to work in the US
