We’re looking for a National Strategic Account Manager to own and grow relationships with our most important Tier 1 customers. This is a senior, consultative role where you’ll be at the table with executives, decision-makers, and industry leaders, building trust, influencing outcomes, and securing long-term partnerships.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the charge on MadisonAV’s most strategic Tier 1 accounts, developing long-term growth strategies
Build trusted relationships with C-level execs, senior stakeholders, consultants, and industry influencers
Negotiate big-picture agreements that lock in sustainable, profitable growth
Represent MadisonAV at the highest levels, showcasing world-class AV solutions and influencing national project wins
Be the voice of the customer inside MadisonAV, bringing insights, advocacy, and direction to our leadership team
Coordinate cross-functional brilliance, working with sales, technical, marketing, and product teams to deliver seamless, top-tier engagement
Requirements:
8–10+ years’ senior experience in strategic account management or business development within AV or a related industry
A proven track record of building executive-level relationships that deliver real long-term value
Strong commercial acumen with success in negotiating complex, high-value agreements
Solid technical understanding of professional AV, with the ability to talk strategy with executives and detail with engineers
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills
CRM discipline and experience delivering clear account strategies
Nice to have:
AVIXA CTS/CTS-D certifications
Established senior relationships across Tier 1 integrators and consultants
