Job Description

As a National Store Development Manager, you will be responsible for store developments within the Bestway Group. You will achieve an enhanced look and feel by delivering all projects with the latest brand specifications and store formats.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver the implementation of the store design specifications across all brands to ensure compliance with the Group store brand principles

  • Deliver the implementation of the store design specifications across all brands to ensure it is innovative and considers the needs of the business in the future by continually evaluating the future needs of our retailers and consumers
  • Deliver the implementation of the store design specifications across all brands to ensure it is cost effective whilst providing the highest levels of value for investment
  • Manage and maintain store development process and critical path ensuring that all development projects are delivered to critical path timescales, within budget and customer expectations
  • Ensure that all projects are legally compliant and health and safety requirements are followed at all times
  • To produce CAD plans to a good standard which will highlight all the contract of works and layouts within the project
  • Ensure development projects are delivered to the Bestway Group store specification to maintain brand integrity using equipment supplied from companies on our list of preferred suppliers
  • Ensure they provide communication updates on all relevant developments within their region to retailers/suppliers and colleagues especially RSM’s and ASM’s
  • Monitor commission budget /targets within their region
  • To ensure they present and conduct themselves in a professional manner
  • Review performance data that includes activity reports to monitor and measure team productivity, goal achievements and overall effectiveness against criteria/objectives set by the company
  • Identify potential development leads by having close interfacing relations with RSM’s/ASM’s and Recruitment Executives
  • Pro-actively support cross-functional working to drive and increase sales and performance across the group
