Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented National Sales Manager to lead our UK Sales Team and Commercial Partnerships. This pivotal, field-based role reports directly to the UK & Ireland General Manager and is instrumental in shaping and executing our commercial strategy. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, fostering operational excellence, and cultivating strong customer relationships across the UK, with a particular focus on specialist secondary care within Women’s Health. As a senior leader, you will play a key role in influencing business outcomes and contributing to the success of our UK organisation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as a senior leader and active member of the UK Leadership Team
  • Lead and optimise the performance of the Women’s Health Account Manager team
  • Shape and execute the UK sales strategy in line with business priorities
  • Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, and resilience
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and strategic partnerships

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales and commercial leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strategic thinker with analytical acumen and problem-solving capability
  • ABPI qualified with a degree-level education or equivalent along with sales management experience within specialist secondary care, ideally within Women’s Health or related therapy areas
