Join REMONDIS as our National Sales Manager for Integrated & Managed Services (IMS) and shape the future of sustainable waste management across Australia. Based in our Richlands facility, you'll lead our IMS sales team in preparing proposals to deliver innovative solutions to some of Australia’s largest businesses.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute sales strategies for large multi-site customers operating nationally or across multiple States
Build and maintain relationships with decision makers, procurement managers and sustainability professionals who are seeking more than just waste collection services
Exceed annual budgeted revenue growth targets for the IMS business unit
Lead, mentor, develop and support your sales team to achieve targets
Develop bespoke winning solutions for each customer
Actively seek out and develop profitable new business opportunities for our target industries, especially new niche opportunities
Establish trusted relationships with prospective customers that assist build confidence in REMONDIS’ ability to deliver new work, and ensure we are invited to participate in tenders or requests for proposals
Manage relationships with the account management team, REMONDIS branch network and trusted partners, to ensure we can use their expertise to develop winning solutions
Support the C&I State Sales Managers and Major Account Managers to prepare winning proposals, and secure major customers
Lead contract negotiations and proposal development
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service delivery excellence
Requirements:
Proven track record in B2B sales management, preferably in waste management, facilities management, recycling or related service industries
Strong network of strategic relationships across a cast array of industries and like customers
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities
Experience managing national accounts and complex contracts
Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills
Willingness to travel nationally as required
