Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed assigned goals
Be an integral member of the development team by bringing relevant sales data and feedback to help inform the evolution of the line, participating in research projects and collaborating effectively with cross functional team members
Prepare market analyses to determine customer needs and opportunities for additional growth
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans
Communicate effectively, both internally and externally, using appropriate tools and technology in order to provide timely and accurate reporting of information
Prepare and present thoughtful sales and business proposals consistent with company expectations

Recruit, train, supervise, coach and retain top sales talent

Develop and manage Divisional expense budgets
Represent Company at trade shows and account meetings as a complete brand ambassador and product expert
Understand retail and wholesale metrics and leverage a thorough understanding of the marketplace to drive growth
Monitor and evaluate the competition and provide forward looking product and strategic recommendations to the Company
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (B. A./B.S.) from four-year college or university and a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience, or combination of education and experience
Professional oral and written presentation skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and demonstrated problem solving ability
