Job Responsibility:
Leading and attending high level sales meetings
Working with marketing to produce successful promotion of products and services
Actively contribute to the creation of new products and services
Build and develop professional relationships with new and existing clients
Ensure efficient & effective use of marketing to aid the promotion of the business and its sales
Conduct regular meetings with individual BDMs to review sales activity in their area, attend sales presentations to support and assess the company's effectiveness
Set and monitor performance of sales team in line with key performance indicators
Requirements:
Sales experience within the electrical connections or multi utilities industry
Experience leading a team of BDMs
Ability to negotiate and influence at board level
Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Successfully manage a portfolio of customers with a total commitment to delivering excellent customer service
