We’re strengthening our Travis Perkins Hire business and building a team to win new customers, re-engage lapsed accounts and unlock major growth opportunities. To support this, we’re looking for a National Sales Manager who can lead a sales team, drive strategic growth and make a real commercial impact. This role sits within our newly formed Central Hire Sales Team, an exciting environment where you’ll help shape the customer strategy and support new branch openings, blitz activity and competitive market responses.

Lead and motivate your team to deliver against key targets and KPIs
Engage directly with customers to build relationships and generate sales
Win back lapsed accounts and secure new opportunities from competitors
