Job Responsibility:
Training, mentoring, and leadership of staff
Nurturing the relationships with our OEMs and other partners
Driving the sales team against sales disciplines
Ensure CRM maintenance and full utilization
Inspiring team members to provide the highest level of sales acumen
Further building a high-performance sales culture
Ensuring all sales enquiries are managed promptly and efficiently
Provide support with industry events
Work closely with customers and stakeholders to support overall product knowledge
Coordinate with Supply Chain for sales forecasts, machine orders and logistics of machine arrivals

Requirements:
Proven progressive sales experience with a competitive, flexible and resilient nature to drive success
Expertise in converting technical requirements into profitable outcomes
Experience with Salesforce or an equivalent CRM
A self-driven approach to align sales strategy with customer needs to achieve results, with strong organisation and time management skills
