Job Description:

The role will consist of managing a team of account mangers working within the Bowel/Continence markets. You will be required to drive and accelerate the growth of the Aquaflush Anal Irrigation System and Renew Inserts across the UK. Through inspirational leadership you will create an environment where both healthy competition, success and teamwork flourish.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop your team to be the best they can
  • Deliver and exceed agreed sales targets for the Aquaflush/Inserts Nationally
  • Visibly and decisively run and manage the day to day needs of your team
  • Ensure all team members complete Reports, CRM, Expenses as per schedules
  • Progressively grow and develop your team through regular performance reviews
  • Nurture high level customer and KOL relationships
  • Identify emerging key stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver an effective and detailed operational business plan
  • Consistently deliver on both a national sales & operational budget
  • Fully understand and interpret the monthly, quarterly and annual sales data
  • Work closely with the broader Management team
  • Support effective implementation of tailored value propositions
  • Demonstrate excellent cross functional working
  • Provide visible, accountable and decisive leadership
  • Work closely with the marketing team to help develop confident and structured campaigns

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of both Secondary and Primary Care environments within the NHS, and the changing face of the NHS
  • Excellent sales coaching skills
  • Strong managements skills
  • Inspirational leadership with the ability to motivate and develop a skilled workforce
  • Well developed commercial and business acumen, with strong financial management skills
  • Project Management skills
  • Ability to function and “tailor” a sales approach to the multi layered NHS
  • Excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Clinisupplies product portfolio and the markets we play in
  • In depth knowledge of NHSSC/Drug Tarif/Trade & Wholesale and other routes to market
  • Strong understanding of the NHS landscape policy and how it affects local delivery of healthcare
  • Demonstrable record of delivering/exceeding team sales targets
  • Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience of effectively managing a field sales team within the healthcare industry
  • Experience in the Bowel or Continence fields
  • Previous senior clinical post holder or similar scientific qualification
