Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will take full ownership of the sales and marketing activation for our clients premium food brands. Job Responsibility:
Develop and deliver sales, promotions, and marketing strategies to improve profitability within our Key Account portfolio
Lead the category review process and build deep, fact-based relationships with major retailers, including Coles and Woolworths
Champion new product development by identifying market trends and managing the end-to-end internal NPD process
Establish budgets for sales and profit targets, ensuring accurate pricing models to deliver margin requirements
Provide monthly insights into market share, P&L drivers, and project milestones
Manage forecast and stock requirements to ensure production efficiency and minimize waste on short-shelf-life products
Effectively manage brokers, sales teams, agents, and trade partners, driving a positive and collaborative culture
Requirements:
A Degree in Marketing or an in-depth understanding of marketing and advertising
Minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG Category Management
At least 5 years of experience in a senior sales role with a proven track record of delivering profitable commercial outcomes
Proficiency in Excel and presentation software, with the ability to perform fact-based category analysis
