Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary National Sales Head – Retail to lead Innisfree India’s pan-India retail operations and sales growth. This leadership role requires a dynamic professional with deep expertise in beauty retail, P&L ownership, and strategic business expansion. The incumbent will be responsible for driving profitability, strengthening partner relationships, and elevating the brand’s retail experience across all channels.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement national sales and retail growth strategies aligned with brand and group objectives
  • Drive revenue, market share, and profitability across premium retail formats
  • Lead business planning, forecasting, and sales target achievement at a national level
  • Oversee end-to-end retail operations ensuring adherence to SOPs, brand standards, and VM guidelines
  • Own the P&L for retail business – optimize costs, increase store productivity, and deliver sustainable profit growth
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance analyses to enhance operational efficiency
  • Lead a large, diverse team including Regional Managers, City Managers, Backend Teams, and Beauty Advisors
  • Create a culture of performance, accountability, and service excellence through coaching and continuous development
  • Drive recruitment, training, and succession planning across the retail network
  • Manage key business relationships with MBS partners (Nykaa Luxe, Sephora, Tira, Shoppers Stop, etc.)
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments — Marketing, VMD, Training, Finance, and Supply Chain — to ensure operational alignment
  • Utilize SAP, CRM, and retail dashboards for sales forecasting, inventory control, and performance tracking
  • Drive analytical decision-making to identify opportunities and improve store-level KPIs
  • Ensure process discipline and operational governance across all regions

Requirements:

  • MBA / PG in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 12–18 years in retail sales and operations
  • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the beauty, luxury, or FMCG retail industry
  • Demonstrated success in managing large teams and national retail networks
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in P&L management and business analytics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in SAP (Retail Module) and MS Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India
