Our client is a leading manufacturer of Engineered products that are used by Blue Chip companies around the world. Due to a combination of succession planning and the implementation of a bold growth strategy, they would now like to appoint a National Sales Director for South Africa.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve business objectives in the South African market
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive revenue growth
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
Manage and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with company goals
Develop and maintain strong relationships with major clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or comparable qualification
Proven track record in driving business growth and market expansion
Solid understanding of the South African market landscape
Ability to build and maintain high-level relationships with key stakeholders
