Job Responsibility:
Building and leading a national sales team across verticals: medical OEM, network power, data centers, electrification (ports, airports, fleets), and safety
Driving strategic growth by shaping sales structure, process, and playbooks while managing a few key accounts directly
Leading consultative, solution-driven sales efforts with engineering, procurement, and C-suite decision makers
Coaching and developing high-performing reps while balancing both transactional OEM sales and long-cycle capital equipment sales
Requirements:
7+ years of progressive sales experience, 5+ years in leadership
Must have experience in OEM and/or capital equipment sales (industrial, energy, medical, or adjacent verticals)
Proven track record leading and coaching teams to overachievement
Strong consultative selling and technical solution alignment skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred
