• deliver individualized patient care by collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, administering treatments, monitoring vital signs, and educating patients and families, all while embracing varied nursing tasks
• actively engage in comprehensive, evidence-based Residency Program, utilizing clinical orientation, practice, and mentorship
• build skills to utilize current evidence based practice knowledge, the nursing process, critical thinking and problem solving skills to provide holistic care
• learn to collaborate and communicate with the interprofessional team to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery
