Call for national research teams to assess the inclusivity of Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) systems across Low- and Middle-Income Countries. The programme focuses on assessing inclusivity, identifying who is reached and excluded, understanding reasons behind exclusion, implementing a comparative quantitative survey, conducting participatory research, generating evidence for policy, and contributing to national and global debates.
Job Responsibility
Adapt and implement a global methodological framework within respective country
Examine DPI systems operational for at least one year
Analyze inclusivity by collecting quantitative and qualitative data
Include participatory approaches to capture context-specific experiences of exclusion
Actively share findings with policymakers, stakeholders, and the public
Requirements
Multidisciplinary research team affiliated with a university, research institute, or think tank in a Low- to Upper-Middle Income Country
Expertise in digital governance, socio-economic research, survey implementation, and policy engagement
