National Program Manager

• Lead and scale large-scale educational or volunteer-driven programs
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with educational institutions, nonprofits, and industry to drive program growth and impact
• Design and deliver high quality training and non-formal learning experiences
• Manage a team with a collaborative and supportive approach to leadership
• Plan and manage resource allocation effectively across multiple projects and priorities
• Use data effectively to improve program outcomes
• Inspire and engage diverse audiences
• Collaborate with colleagues and external partners

• Proven experience in leading and scaling large-scale educational or volunteer-driven programs
• Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships with educational institutions, nonprofits, and industry to drive program growth and impact
• Experience in designing and delivering high quality training and non-formal learning experiences
• A deep understanding of the Indian education system, with experience of working with schools, teachers, and youth-serving community organizations
• Experience of managing a team, with a collaborative and supportive approach to leadership and the ability to plan and manage resource allocation effectively across multiple projects and priorities
• Good data and analytical skills, and the ability to use data effectively to improve what we do
• Ideally you will have experience of working with Salesforce, but if not we can support you with training
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage diverse audiences
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and external partners
• A strong alignment with the Code Club India’s mission and values, particularly around educational equity and access
• The ability to travel within India
