MadisonAV is expanding its Performance Audio team and we are looking for a commercially driven Senior Sales & Business Development Specialist to lead growth across touring, rental, production and large venue markets. This is a senior business development position focused on creating pipeline, winning new opportunities and driving major project outcomes across Australia’s performance audio sector.
Job Responsibility:
Identify, develop and win new business across touring, rental, production and large venue markets
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
Lead major project opportunities from early engagement through to close
Develop relationships with senior stakeholders, key customers and industry influencers
Position MadisonAV solutions in competitive project environments
Work closely with internal technical specialists to design and demonstrate winning solutions
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and activity within CRM (Salesforce)
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior business development or sales role within professional audio, live sound, touring, production or related industries
Established network across rental companies, production partners, venues and consultants
Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline, influence projects and close complex deals
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing high-value opportunities
Confident communicator, comfortable engaging at both technical and executive levels
Self-driven, proactive and comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy
