Job Responsibility
Manage and grow Wilmar’s key national customer accounts
Develop and execute sales and account growth strategies
Identify and convert new business opportunities
Build strong customer relationships across multiple industries
Maintain market intelligence on customers, competitors, and industry trends
Support forecasting, pricing, and sales planning activities
Manage pipeline activity and reporting through Salesforce.com
Represent Wilmar at customer meetings and industry events
Collaborate with logistics, operations, quality, and customer service teams to deliver strong customer outcomes
Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Science, or similar
Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior B2B sales or key account management
Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Excellent communication and presentation capability
CRM experience, ideally Salesforce.com
Current Driver Licence
Nice to have
Experience within industrial, chemical, petrochemical, oil, or commodity industries
Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or trading environments
SAP or ERP system knowledge
