As a National Inside Sales Representative you will develop and nurture customer relationships via inbound and outbound calls, as well as servicing web enquiries. With a professional and supportive environment, you will be provided all the tools and support necessary to thrive, earning an ample salary plus commission, and be empowered to steer your own success. Prior sales experience isn't a prerequisite as we place a higher emphasis on candidates with the right attitude.

Job Responsibility:

  • manage warm inbound and outbound lead enquiries via phone, email and web
  • answer calls, make calls, assess customer service needs, prepare quotes and onboard new customers
  • develop and nurture customer relationships via inbound and outbound calls, as well as servicing web enquiries
  • provide a best-in-class, personalised customer experience
