Job Description

Lead our national onboarding and implementation function, responsible for delivering a high-volume SaaS implementation program across Australia. This newly created role focuses on speed, scale, and simplicity - improving processes, reducing cycle times, and removing bottlenecks so customers can realise value faster, without compromising experience or quality.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and develop a national implementations team
  • Own implementation strategy, delivery performance, and continuous improvement
  • Analyse workflows and cycle times to increase efficiency and throughput
  • Drive standardised, repeatable implementation processes and documentation
  • Partner with Product, CX, and Delivery teams to improve systems and tools
  • Ensure clear customer communication, timelines, and expectations

Requirements

  • Experience leading service delivery, professional services, or operations teams
  • Strong people leadership and change management capability
  • Proven success delivering high-volume SaaS implementations or onboarding
