This permanent, full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to partner directly with branch leaders across Australian offices, balancing daily operational HR with high-impact organisational transformation and future workforce planning. It is a visible, national role designed for someone who wants a clear voice in how an organisation grows and improves.

Job Responsibility

  • Developing the national People & Culture roadmap and supporting leaders with organisational design, process improvements, and AI-related workplace change
  • Overhauling the national hiring framework, strengthening the employer value proposition, and designing a structured, consistent 30/60/90-day onboarding journey
  • Building practical national training matrices to close critical skill gaps, mitigate operational dependencies, and build broader business resilience
  • Ensuring alignment with Australian employment law, modern awards, and Fair Work requirements, while working with branch managers to promote safe work practices and return-to-work coordination
  • Fostering a unified, authentic company culture across all branches, providing managers with practical communication and performance tools, and tracking key people data insights

Requirements

  • Seasoned HR professional and strategic thinker
  • Experience within logistics, freight forwarding, transport, supply chain, or a similar fast-paced environment is highly regarded
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills
  • Sound industrial relations judgment
  • Ability to comfortably move between strategic planning and hands-on execution
