A brilliant opportunity to join and lead the team right at the heart of our Beauty experience. Our 1,500 Beauty Crew give personalised, unbiased advice to customers in store every day, and our field team support them and their leaders with training, motivation, guidance and challenge. This role requires nationwide travel and will be field-based. You will lead this field team, right across the UK.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the field team right across the UK
  • Spend 3-4 days a week in store
  • Set high expectations for our Beauty service, and drive consistency of execution across the country
  • Think creatively, challenge and innovate to ensure your team have what they need to deliver effectively every day
  • Be a key voice in the development of the Beauty Crew proposition, using your detailed knowledge of the in-store reality to help shape the future customer and colleague experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in field retail training or field retail business management roles
  • 2+ years of Beauty retail experience
  • Proven experience of leading large teams towards challenging goals
  • Outstanding communication, motivation and coaching skills
  • Experience of using commercial data to build an effective plan, with delivered results
  • Must have full UK drivers licence, and be excited to spend the majority of your time across the country in our stores.

Nice to have

  • Experience of supporting and engaging senior leaders
  • Expertise in makeup artistry, and the science of skin and haircare

  • Partner with the Director of Training to design, implement, and deliver consistent, concise, and clear training materials and messaging to the sales team, including but not limited to: new hire training, bi-weekly oncology training topics, product launches, and national/regional sales meetings
