Job Description

We’re seeking an exceptional multi-site leader to drive sales, speed and standards across our expanding Drive Through estate as our National Drive Through Operations Manager. This is a high-impact, national role responsible for leading the performance of our Drive Through estate across the UK. You’ll set the direction, pace and performance expectations, ensuring our Drive Through sites consistently deliver best-in-class results across sales, speed of service, profitability and guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and inspire General Managers across our Drive Through estate to deliver exceptional operational and commercial performance
  • Own national Drive Through KPIs including sales growth, profit, speed of service, order accuracy and guest metrics
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, implementing clear action plans to drive improvement
  • Champion a culture of accountability, pace and operational excellence across all Drive Through locations
  • Ensure brand standards, food quality, cleanliness and food safety are executed flawlessly
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise throughput, labour deployment and operational efficiency
  • Partner with Chicken HQ teams (Operations, Marketing, L&D, Supply Chain, Property) to support new openings and enhance existing site performance
  • Lead robust talent planning, succession and development strategies across your General Manager population
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory, health & safety and food safety standards
  • Support new Drive Through launches, embedding best-in-class operational standards from day one

Requirements

  • Significant multi-site leadership experience within hospitality, ideally QSR with strong Drive Through exposure
  • A proven track record of delivering sales and profit growth across a geographically dispersed estate
  • Demonstrated success in improving Drive Through metrics such as speed of service, order accuracy and guest satisfaction
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret financial and operational data and translate it into action
  • Exceptional leadership capability with experience coaching and developing General Managers
  • Extensive experience in recruitment, succession planning and building high-performing teams
  • A hands-on, field-based leadership style with a relentless focus on standards
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, health & safety and food safety requirements
