Job Responsibility:

Manage and progress tasks on client portals for major accounts within the UK
Coordinate jobs to relevant branch locations and ensure they are completed within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Close jobs, chase information, and upload worksheets efficiently
Follow up on job notifications, track job progress, and close jobs in the system

Requirements:

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
