National Commercial Manager

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with House Account clients
• Sales Support & Quotations: Collaborate with Sales and Commercial teams to prepare quotations and proposals
• Customer Onboarding: Guide new clients through the setup process
• Sales Activity & Reporting: Document all client interactions and maintain pipeline
• Target Achievement: Monitor performance against sales targets
• Trade Lane Development: Work with overseas partners on strategic sales initiatives
• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities meet legal and regulatory standards

• Experience in a commercial or sales role within logistics or freight forwarding
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., CargoWise) and Microsoft Office
• Ability to analyse data and identify growth opportunities
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
