Our client is a leading medical device manufacturer of wound closure devices, creating a brand new role within the UK marketplace.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee and support product evaluations and clinical trials within NHS and private hospital accounts
  • Delivering training and ongoing education to clinicians, nursing staff, distributor teams and new employees in theatre and ward environments
  • Maintaining ownership of the clinical training program, collateral and tools to provide and measure successful delivery and uptake
  • Drive successful implementation
  • Drive commercial performance by identifying new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform and adapt commercial and clinical support strategies
  • Support improved patient outcomes
  • Proactively seek out and identify new business development opportunities across NHS and private sector accounts

Requirements:

  • Held a previous commercial clinical training role in the theatre environment
  • Be a registered nurse or ODP
  • Significant clinical experience within the operating theatre environment
  • Strong understanding of wound
  • Background achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Thorough understanding of secondary care and NHS pathways
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Eligible to live and work in the UK
