This position will be responsible for growing business opportunities and sales to drive profitability.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement a country and account strategy plan
Build strong understanding of customers and their marketplaces through a broad range of information sources, including direct customer exchanges, networking, publications, market information, tradeshows, sales conferences and industry events
Plan and manage the budget to meet sales objectives and costs control
Develop predictable revenue forecasting and take action where potential deviations are identified
Lead, develop and manage the sales team, ensure the sales governance is in place
Monitor and steer the progress of sales pipeline by using sales and performance analytics
Meet key clients, maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities for partnership growth
Attend to service failures to ensure appropriate resolutions are offered in close interdepartmental collaboration with the company’s customer service and operations team
Run Chinese-language campaigns in collaboration with the marketing department and subject matter experts and manage agency relations for SEO, SEM and social media marketing projects
Localize advertising, marketing collaterals, sales kits and other promotional materials for Chinese market
Provide support for lead nurturing and demand generation campaigns
Responsible for managing content for website & social media marketing
Grow regional email marketing database, measure and analyse activities results
Execute events such as workshops and tradeshows and support PR-related activities
Support Global Marketing team when necessary
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing and related fields
Relevant experience in logistics and or the pharmaceutical industry
More than 3 years of management experience
Strong written and spoken Mandarin and fluent English
Strong organizational, communication and project management skills
Able to manage and lead a team
Prior B2B Marketing or advertising work experience
Experience with Sales processes and strong interest in the role of marketing communications to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth
Experience of Pardot & Salesforce systems
Good understanding of Supply Chain Management, including logistics practices, JIT, inventory control systems, ordering systems, information technology etc
Experience of managing and developing key accounts
Commercial and Customer focus
Nice to have:
Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop, InDesign and HTML code are a plus
