This is a high-impact leadership role where strategy meets storytelling. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders across the business to produce submissions that don’t just meet requirements - they stand out.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and continuously enhance the national Bid Management Process, leveraging OSHC expertise to ensure every submission clearly reflects Camp Australia’s value proposition and win themes
  • Lead the development of compelling, high-quality tender responses through strategic storytelling, content optimisation, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Manage and mentor internal and external Bid Writers while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement across the business
  • Make strategic adjustments to final submissions to maximise win probability while maintaining commercial integrity and margin targets

Requirements

  • OSHC experience and understanding is a MUST
  • Extensive experience managing tender and bid processes
  • Outstanding written communication skills -clear, compelling, succinct
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on deadline
  • Confidence presenting and communicating with executive stakeholders
