Job Responsibility:
Maintain strong, productive relationships with national brokers and carrier partners
serve as their go-to contact for program updates, questions, and support
Share information on new products, strategic initiatives, and market opportunities to help partners stay informed and engaged
Work closely with internal teams to coordinate partner needs, including sales support, marketing materials, training, and operational follow-up
Lead or support partner check-ins, business reviews, and planning conversations to identify opportunities for growth and improved results
Track partnership performance, pipeline activity, and engagement levels
highlight trends or issues and provide recommendations to leadership
Assist with rollout of new programs, technology, or resources to ensure partners understand what is available and how to use it effectively
Represent the organization at national conferences, regional meetings, broker summits, and industry events
Looks for practical ways to enhance the partner experience and build consistency across national relationships
Performs other duties as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Business, Management, Marketing or related field (preferred)
5 or more years' experience in insurance distribution, broker relations, carrier partnerships, or a related client-facing role
Strong understanding of insurance sales, benefits, or related products
Ability to manage multiple partner relationships while staying organized and responsive
Strong communication skills across all levels, internally and externally
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Ability to translate information into clear guidance for partners
Good judgment and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and follow-through
Nice to have:
4 or more years of regional and/or national sales/insurance experience
