Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain strong, productive relationships with national brokers and carrier partners
  • serve as their go-to contact for program updates, questions, and support
  • Share information on new products, strategic initiatives, and market opportunities to help partners stay informed and engaged
  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate partner needs, including sales support, marketing materials, training, and operational follow-up
  • Lead or support partner check-ins, business reviews, and planning conversations to identify opportunities for growth and improved results
  • Track partnership performance, pipeline activity, and engagement levels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Management, Marketing or related field (preferred)
  • 5 or more years' experience in insurance distribution, broker relations, carrier partnerships, or a related client-facing role
  • Strong understanding of insurance sales, benefits, or related products
  • Ability to manage multiple partner relationships while staying organized and responsive
  • Strong communication skills across all levels, internally and externally
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Ability to translate information into clear guidance for partners
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and follow-through
