Work with Food category & marketing team, Digital Squad, supply chain & CBD teams on fully integrated customer plans to capture share of the evolving shopper
Own customer relationships with all key instore/offline & digital/dCommerce contacts and meet on regular basis to devise and execute customer plans for digitally originated sales
Identify and evaluate stock, visibility, assortment and other opportunities and analyze b2b sales data and digital dashboard
Deliver channel Turnover&Volume Growth, Market Share and Penetration goals by establishing national chains fundamentals, prioritizing opportunities for quick growth
Apply key supermarket offline&online best practices around visibility, growth, content, traffic, conversion in conjunction with core CD practices such as holistic customer investment management, forecasting, promotions, and analytics
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer development food sector
Excellent written and spoken Turkish & English is a must
Stakeholder Management & Problem Solving & Negotiation skills are must
Multi-stakeholder management capability
Having Customer - Shopper centric and High-Performance oriented growth mindset
