Then this might be the role for you! What will you be doing? As our National Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of national trade accounts, driving profitable growth, increasing market share, and strengthening strategic partnerships. This is a role for someone who can think strategically, negotiate confidently, and deliver commercially.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and deliver strategic joint business plans to grow revenue, margin, distribution, and share of wallet across national trade accounts
Build strong senior-level relationships with decision makers, procurement teams, and commercial stakeholders to create long-term partnerships
Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, terms, rebates, and service agreements to maximise profitability
Drive new initiatives, product launches, and market opportunities while ensuring customers are supported through legislative and market change
Requirements:
Proven experience in National Account Management, Key Account Management, or senior B2B commercial sales
Ideally a background in construction or paint/coatings
Strong track record of managing high-value accounts and delivering profitable sales growth
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse market trends, performance data, and opportunities
Experience working cross-functionally to deliver customer-led solutions
