As a member of Key Account team, you will have full P&L ownership for a portfolio of existing Key Accounts across the region. Acting as the primary commercial contact, you'll lead strategic planning and execution across our 24/7 portfolio, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Full P&L accountability & management of assigned Key Accounts to Gross Profit level
Deliver sustainable long-term growth for our customers through joint value creation
Lead the strategic development and delivery of Joint Business Plans (JBPs), including pricing negotiations and performance tracking
Lead your accounts at all Top-to-Top meetings, presenting progress and plans
Drive year-on-year improvements in Customer Satisfaction scores by developing & implementing clear action plans
Leverage data, insights, and tools to identify trends, guide decision-making, and maximise account profitability
Drive Revenue Growth Management (RGM) aligned plans across all accounts
Manage accounts by going beyond traditional price and promotions with a clear link between sell in & sell out activities
Bring an omnichannel mindset by driving revenue growth via all customer platforms including digital
Ensure full-field execution of channel strategies and regional KBI delivery
Proactively identify and convert new opportunities across customers, categories, and pack formats
Act as a coach and mentor to Field Sales Teams managing your accounts
Requirements:
Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L ownership and JBP creation
FMCG sales experience with proven account management fundamentals and results
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
able to influence at all levels
Proven track record of delivering results through X-functional and senior stakeholder management
Highly driven, resilient, and customer-focused with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Full, unrestricted driving licence
