An incredible opportunity to meet our educators where they are—lead the team that fuels 140+ early learning/education accounts. This role requires regular in-person meetings and significant travel, especially within Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take the helm of our largest and most influential portfolio, managing more than 140 key accounts
  • Empower an already high-performing team and elevate our customer-centric sales strategies to the next level
  • Be the driving force behind the flawless execution of growth initiatives within the early childhood and education sectors
  • Be at the forefront of developing and implementing clear, impactful sales strategies that directly align with our overarching company goals and fuel revenue growth
  • Lead, coach, and develop your two SSMs, ensuring high performance across the team
  • Foster deep partnerships with key Learn customers, ensuring long-term retention and growth
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities
  • Personally manage a selection of our largest key accounts

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (a Master's degree would be a bonus)
  • A proven track record of significant success leading sales teams in the Learn Industry/Vertical, consistently exceeding targets and driving substantial revenue growth
  • Deep experience in developing and implementing effective, customer-focused sales strategies
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a history of motivating and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
