Job Responsibility:
Full P&L ownership across major Irish grocery accounts
Managing key retailer relationships including Tesco, Dunnes, SuperValu and Lidl
Field sales agency management to maximise execution in-store
Using retailer and category data to identify opportunities and influence growth strategies
Driving strategic initiatives across exciting NPD launches and category innovation
Collaborating cross-functionally with wider commercial teams to deliver growth
Challenging retailer thinking and helping shape the future of the frozen category
Requirements:
2–3 years’ FMCG commercial experience
Experience managing retailer relationships within the Irish market
Full P&L ownership experience
High levels of energy, resilience and commercial curiosity
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
Confidence challenging buyers and influencing senior stakeholders
