You’ll manage key retail relationships, drive national listings, and play a central role in expanding presence across the UK market. Job Responsibility:
Drive Key Account Growth: Own and accelerate growth across national retail accounts, delivering impactful Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
Win New Business: Identify, pitch, and secure new retail listings
Drive Launch Excellence: Lead product launches across in-store and online channels
Shopper Marketing: Create and execute strategies to boost visibility and engagement
Manage Trade Spend: Optimise investment to maximise ROI
Make Data-Driven Decisions: Use insight and performance data to drive results
Help Shape the Business: Contribute to ways of working, culture, and team development
Challenge the Category: Bring fresh thinking to disrupt a well-established FMCG category
Requirements:
Experience in sales, account management, or business development (FMCG/CPG preferred)
Proven track record of driving growth across key accounts and managing national retail listings
Strong commercial instinct with experience managing budgets or P&L
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
Passion for food and challenger brands
