The National Account Manager will help create and implement the overarching sales strategy, with accountability for the company’s sales performance and growth.
Job Responsibility:
Direct management of key national customers across off and on-trade
Working together with the wider management team to ensure that the company’s ethos, standards and culture are maintained
Set, track, and exceed sales targets both in volume and value
Manage existing key accounts
identify and qualify new business opportunities
Plan and deliver trade tastings, events, and educational sessions to promote our wines
This role reports directly to the Sales Director
Requirements:
A minimum of three years of wine sales experience
Well-connected in the UK wine trade, with experience in managing key large accounts whether across off-trade, on-trade or wholesalers
A track record of implementing a growing sales strategy
Commercial awareness: strong analytical, organisational and negotiation abilities
Tech literacy: proficient in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), Microsoft Office Tools, and reporting software
