We are seeking a National Account Manager to join our Digital Sales & Marketing team in Dublin. In this role, you will manage large corporate accounts nationally, building and nurturing a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed targets. You will identify opportunities across Mobility, Fixed, Mobile Broadband, Unified Communications and Security, engaging with customer buying centres to deliver tailored solutions. This position requires a consultative approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer success.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute account plans aligned with Vodafone Ireland’s SME Champion Strategy
Build and manage a sales pipeline of at least 3x annual sales target
Identify and manage customer requirements for proposals and contracts
Collaborate with Solution Sales teams to identify opportunities and deliver revenue targets
Support marketing activities and events to drive engagement
Respond to tender requests, coordinate internal stakeholders, and manage procurement processes
Quote and negotiate pricing and credit terms, ensuring successful contract completion
Report on sales performance and pipeline to the Inside Sales Manager
Work on marketing-led initiatives to focus on key growth areas
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, service-driven industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Commercial awareness and understanding of sales and project dynamics
Consultative approach to managing complex client relationships
Ability to work under pressure with a dynamic and flexible mindset
Exceptional presentation skills and customer service orientation
