You’ll own your P&L, lead commercial negotiations, and build insight-led plans that deliver value for both the customer and the brand. Requirements:
Experience in FMCG account management within Grocery however will consider Discounters
A proven track record of delivering growth and winning new business
Strong commercial acumen with confidence in owning a P&L
Ability to use data and insights to influence customer decisions
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
A balance of hunter mentality and account development expertise
Resilience, energy and ambition with a low ego
