We're growing our retail team and looking for a National Account Manager with a strong background in Big Box and Grocery retail to help drive the expansion of our air filtration brands across major national retailers. This is a high-impact, remote opportunity to join a dynamic team and take ownership of strategic retail partnerships in a rapidly evolving category.
Job Responsibility:
Own and grow national accounts within big-box and grocery retail channels
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales, improve shelf positioning, and increase brand visibility
Lead promotional planning, forecasting, and category management initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams on pricing, marketing, and supply chain strategy
Analyze retail data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvements
Requirements:
5 years of experience managing key accounts in the big box or grocery retail space (e.g., Walmart, Target, Kroger, etc.)
Track record of expanding shelf space and exceeding sales goals
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Experience with POS data, syndicated data (e.g., IRI, Nielsen), and using insights to guide strategy
Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
