Robert Half is partnering with an established and growing organization in Fresno that is seeking a National Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts. Job Responsibility
Build and maintain long-term relationships with national accounts
Manage projects from initial request through production, delivery, and installation
Coordinate with estimating, design, production, purchasing, and installation teams
Oversee project timelines, approvals, documentation, and customer communication
Proactively resolve challenges while ensuring an outstanding customer experience
Conduct customer meetings, project reviews, and site visits as needed
Requirements
3+ years of account management, project management, or similar experience
Experience supporting multi-location retail programs, remodels, rebranding initiatives, healthcare systems, convenience stores, grocery chains, or other multi-site environments
Background in print, signage, graphics, branded environments, architectural film, construction-related project management, or production environments is highly preferred
Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with ERP systems (PACE is a plus)
Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship management skills
Nice to have
