An exciting opportunity has arisen in our On Trade Commercial Team for a National Account Manager Horeca. The purpose of this role to execute the On Trade sales vision and strategy in alignment with our William Grant & Sons long term plans, delivering budgeted performance and activating brands as a Premium Partner of Choice. Deliver budget performance, within agreed guidelines, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability for the Company whilst balancing brand equity and value.
Job Responsibility:
Execute the On Trade sales vision and strategy in alignment with company long term plans
Deliver budgeted performance and activate brands as a Premium Partner of Choice
Deliver budget performance within agreed guidelines, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability
Produce customer account plans (CAP) that integrate with Brand Plans and Channel strategy achieving brand activation, distribution, volume, and profit target/budgets
Maximise distribution, activation, and visibility of company products in line with objectives by Route to Consumer Segmentation
Work with leader to ensure Brand Plans are integrated with Account Plans
Ensure appropriate brands and investment are targeted to the right consumers in the right outlets via the Route To Consumer segmentation model
Take full ownership of the Horeca strategy and long-term objectives
Requirements:
Relevant commercial experience managing National accounts, ideally in the On Trade arena
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels
Good numeracy skills
High level of IT knowledge
Ability to identify insights from data
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to identify strategic opportunities
