As the company continues to strengthen its commercial presence within the Off Trade channel, they're now looking to appoint a National Account Manager to take ownership of key retail accounts and drive profitable, sustainable growth across the portfolio.
Job Responsibility

Manage the full commercial agenda including sales, profitability, forecasting and trade spend
Build and execute customer growth plans aligned to wider business objectives
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations
Mentor and support National Account Executives or relevant team members
Develop and execute customer plans by brand and channel
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
Lead promotional planning, coordinating pricing and product launches
Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities through market and customer insight
Develop team capability through mentoring and coaching support
Requirements
Strong FMCG sales experience, ideally within the wine industry
Experience managing major multiple retailers and/or premium wine retail customers
Proven track record of delivering commercial growth and managing customer portfolios
Negotiation, forecasting and financial management skills
Experience managing trade spend and delivering profitable account performance
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience mentoring, coaching or developing customer-facing team members
Strong analytical capability with excellent Excel and commercial reporting skills
Full UK driving licence
Nice to have
WSET qualification or similar wine education desirable
