Job Responsibility:
Own the launch of the brand in Germany, tailoring the approach to fit the local culture and consumer habits
Work closely with a German Marketing lead to ensure the brand resonates with the German audience
Build and grow relationships with retail partners, occasionally travelling to Germany to be at the heart of the action
Elevate key products beyond the hero line, creating traction for the wider range
Collaborate with global teams across the USA and UK, sharing insights and driving results
Take a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach

Requirements:
Fluent in German and familiar with the German retail market
Experienced in launching brands and growing retail business, ideally within FMCG, health, or beauty
Hands-on, results-driven, and able to thrive in a start-up environment
A proactive self-starter with an ownership mentality, someone who gets things done without waiting for approvals
Flexible with hybrid working
based in London 2–3 days per week, with travel to Germany
