Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven National Account Manager to take full ownership of a designated territory, driving new business growth while maintaining and developing existing client relationships. You will be expected to deliver value-led conversations, identify opportunities, and take accountability for your own performance and targets.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage a portfolio of national accounts, providing expert field support and relationship management
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory
  • Monitor sales performance and generate monthly reports on key metrics
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
  • Engage regularly with clients, providing quotations and ensuring a high level of customer service

Requirements

  • Proven experience in external sales
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify and convert opportunities
  • Experience within the PPE and Workwear industry is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently, while collaborating effectively with wider teams
