We are seeking an experienced account manager to join our dedicated and friendly commercial sales team on a 12 Month FTC, focusing on some of our most strategic wholesale, discount, and convenience accounts. You will work with major retailer brands such as Cushelle, Velvet, Plenty, Bodyform, and Tena, leveraging your cross-functional experience to drive growth.
Job Responsibility:
Manage full P&L ownership and execute growth plans through strategic trade terms, promotions and negotiating new products and/or assortments
Ensure on-shelf availability and distribution by coordinating with Supply Chain teams
Use data and structured routines to analyse performance, escalate risks, and guide decisions
Build strong customer and cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration and satisfaction
Adapt to market changes and actively pursue new business opportunities to fuel growth
Ensure frequent cross-functional collaboration
Execute the commercial strategy, customer approach or portfolio direction
Requirements:
Customer Engagement – Building trust and rapport with customers through responsive, day-to-day interaction and strong issue resolution
Execution – Ensuring that pricing, promotions, and service levels land as planned across the shelf and supply chain
Negotiation Skills – Securing tactical wins in trade terms and dispute resolution with a focus on protecting margin

Experience in FMCG or retail roles involving pricing, customer marketing, or key account management
Knowledge of structured commercial environments with strong promotional planning
Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or similar field
