Joining as a National Account Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a major chunk of business within Tesco, a flagship customer that represents over a third of their business. You’ll lead the JBP, manage a sizeable P&L, collaborate with Tesco’s Buying and Category teams, and shape the long-term future of the category. Huge autonomy, pace and plenty of variety – from range reviews and space optimisation to launching fresh NPD.
Job Responsibility:
Full P&L accountability within Tesco
Lead category JBP, delivering revenue, margin and profit targets
Drive range reviews, insight-led category proposals and innovation opportunities
Build collaborative relationships with Buying, Category and Supply teams
Identify new category propositions
Support strategic planning around demographic trends and shopper missions
Requirements:
FMCG grocery experience with P&L ownership
Evidence of influencing change + delivering incremental growth
Highly analytical – comfortable with data, insights and category storytelling
