Job Responsibility:

  • Region – North & Scotland (Birmingham upwards, including North Wales)
  • Manage a small, high-performing Regional Merchant team – 2 direct reports
  • Own and deliver divisional sales targets and budgets, driving commercial success across the region
  • Represent Etex at conferences, quarterly reviews, and national meetings, strengthening our presence and building strategic partnerships
  • Travel across the region, with occasional national and international travel as required to support key accounts and business initiatives

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Account Management and Business Development, with proven commercial success
  • A well‑established reputation in the marketplace and the ability to build strong relationships and networks
  • Strong B2B sales experience within a distribution‑focused environment, including team leadership
  • Experience managing a full project sales cycle with varied customer needs
  • Solid technical understanding of building construction, building regulations, and drylining systems
  • Ability to lead through change, think strategically, and influence at all levels
