Job Responsibility:
Region – North & Scotland (Birmingham upwards, including North Wales)
Manage a small, high-performing Regional Merchant team – 2 direct reports
Own and deliver divisional sales targets and budgets, driving commercial success across the region
Represent Etex at conferences, quarterly reviews, and national meetings, strengthening our presence and building strategic partnerships
Travel across the region, with occasional national and international travel as required to support key accounts and business initiatives
Requirements:
Strong experience in Account Management and Business Development, with proven commercial success
A well‑established reputation in the marketplace and the ability to build strong relationships and networks
Strong B2B sales experience within a distribution‑focused environment, including team leadership
Experience managing a full project sales cycle with varied customer needs
Solid technical understanding of building construction, building regulations, and drylining systems
Ability to lead through change, think strategically, and influence at all levels
