Job Description

Our client, Raynor Foods is one of the UK's leading food-to-go manufacturers, known for quality, innovation and strong customer partnerships. With double-digit growth across healthcare, education and retail they’ve built an impressive reputation and are now entering an exciting new phase of expansion. As a result, they’re looking for a National Account Manager to take ownership of their Northern territories working with end user customers in the Education and Care sector. This is a high-impact role with genuine autonomy where you'll manage key accounts, win new business and play a direct role in shaping the commercial growth strategy across a critical region.

Job Responsibility

  • Take full responsibility for a portfolio of key national accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities across the region
  • Create strategic account plans
  • Lead commercial negotiations
  • Develop joint business initiatives
  • Work closely with internal teams to bring new products and ideas to market

Requirements

  • Proven National Account Management experience in Foodservice
  • Experience selling into healthcare, education and Food to go
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • A track record of delivering sales growth and account development
  • An established network across the North of England
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to work independently and manage a large territory effectively
