They keep their feet on the ground and no day is the same, and they are now looking for a like-minded candidate to join their team as a National Account Manager to manage their OOH and Retail customers! This home-based role (once a week in London) will see you tasked with taking responsibility for a retailer account. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Founders and Commercial Director to shape strategy and support this fast-growing business. As well as account management there is an element of business development, this is an SME experiencing high growth after all, and you will be afforded the support but also the autonomy to really make a difference.

Job Responsibility

  • Live the brand
  • Full P&L/JBP responsibility OOH and Retail customers
  • Build long lasting, credible relationships with all existing and new customers
  • Weekly analysis of customer portals to review sales, update forecasts and maximise sales
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and trade marketing and develop the strongest possible customer marketing plans
  • Ad hoc projects – a collaborative approach is essential

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing either OOH or Retail customers
  • Brand experience (SME desirable)
  • Tenacious attitude, driven by results
  • Numerate, leverage data and ROI
  • Enjoys life in a fast moving start up – SME mindset

  • Secure and/or assist with preparing housing for refugee clients prior to their arrival in the U.S.
  • Work alongside the volunteer coordinator to ensure clients are well received from the airport and provided with material needs support upon arrival
  • Provide newly arriving refugee families with core services during the first 90 days post-arrival and additional support up to 180 days for refugees and asylees enrolled in Match Grant
  • Assist staff with providing clients with initial and on-going orientations to life in the U.S.
  • Ensure that clients promptly receive health screenings, public aid enrollment, ESL enrollment, social security application, WIC appointment (when needed), community resources, and help with phones & internet set-ups, and securing clothing/household items
  • Assist with lease signings and utility start-ups
  • Ensure clients have access to food assistance (gift cards and/or food pantries) when there is a delay in food stamps
  • Ensure clients know where the grocery stores are and provide an initial trip to the store when necessary
  • Request checks from the finance department and ensure clients receive funds in a timely manner to pay rent in the first 90 days and provide education/orientation to clients around paying housing and utility bills
