This home-based role (once a week in London) will see you tasked with taking responsibility for a retailer account. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Founders and Commercial Director to shape strategy and support this fast-growing business. As well as account management there is an element of business development, this is an SME experiencing high growth after all, and you will be afforded the support but also the autonomy to really make a difference.
Job Responsibility:
Live the brand
Full P&L/JBP responsibility OOH and Retail customers
Build long lasting, credible relationships with all existing and new customers
Weekly analysis of customer portals to review sales, update forecasts and maximise sales
Work collaboratively with marketing and trade marketing and develop the strongest possible customer marketing plans
Ad hoc projects – a collaborative approach is essential
Requirements:
Proven experience managing either OOH or Retail customers
Brand experience (SME desirable)
Tenacious attitude, driven by results
Numerate, leverage data and ROI
Enjoys life in a fast moving start up – SME mindset
